Cottage Park Rentals is a small community of homes in north Asheville. We are located just 1.25 miles from downtown and only a half mile from UNCA and the Botanical Gardens. Within one mile are groceries, banks, pharmacies, clothes shops, a music store, many excellent restaurants and the Reed Creek and Glenn's Creek Greenways that invite a casual stroll.
We, the property managers, live in the neighborhood (in fact, right next door!) and have a vested interest in keeping it beautiful and friendly. Welcome, and enjoy your stay!
