Cottage Park Rentals is a small community of homes in north Asheville. We are located just 1.25 miles from downtown and only a half mile from UNCA and the Botanical Gardens. Within one mile are groceries, banks, pharmacies, clothes shops, a music store, many excellent restaurants and the Reed Creek and Glenn's Creek Greenways that invite a casual stroll. We, the property managers, live in the neighborhood and have a vested interest in keeping it beautiful and friendly.
We love Asheville and, if you should rent from us, we will be your neighbors. We live where you live! We hope to see you in Asheville soon...
